Yard Work

I have a new found respect for guys that do yard work- it is tough! Yesterday on his half day off Bryan mowed and edged the front yard and I thought I could handle trimming the bushes- I even got Bryan to buy me a cute little electric chainsaw looking thing. I thought it was just going to take a few minutes so I only finished one side of the house before Alex woke up- I guess the other side will have to wait until another day- I wish I had a picture of me climbing through the shrubs trying to make this huge one the same size as the little one next to it- ugg- I was covered in pollen and leaves, have scratches all over my arms not to mention the bugs (I HATE bugs) and the fear of finding another RattleSnake!!! Bryan did kill one on our front porch the other night- Oh the joys of owning a home!!

Still learning

I am still working on figuring this whole blog thing out- seeing that I took 4 computer programming classes I thought it would be a piece of cake- still working on a super cute header- but people can leave comments now and I have a signature!! Progress!

Easter

Yay

I love the rain and we need it SO badly! The cool weather was so nice today- the kids got to play with their cars that Santa brought them while I was getting ready for our garage sale- we are trying to get EVERYTHING out of our Madison house so we can put it on the market- anyone know of a family or college students that need a house on the hill??

Lets try this

Ok- I have seen so many cute blogs- I am going to try to make one! They are so fun to look at and keep up with friends and it is so much more personal than facebook or myspace- it is like an online scrapbook! I am pretty good with computers... lets see if I can figure this all out!
